Coop Mondovino


Mondovino is already one of the top wine retailers in Switzerland, but it would like to continue to gain visibility with a broader audience, including among those without in-depth wine knowledge.


Together with Mondovino, we launched the «Wine Channel» on in September 2021. The channel includes features from experts such as wine academic Tobias Gysi, who shares his knowledge about the diverse world of wine with a broad audience from German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland.

Mondovino uses the Wine Channel exclusively to position itself with stories and current offers. The coordinated media mix fits well with the channel’s aims and includes display and video ads, branded stories (native ads) and social media posts as well as content reports and print ads that appear in SonntagsBlick.


This wine-focused collaboration currently reaches 40.1%* of wine drinkers in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. The channel was launched in 2021, and we are delighted to have been able to increase the channel’s page impressions by another 10% this year compared with the previous year. The editorial contributions and branded stories strike a chord with the target group and create visibility for Mondovino.
