In 2022, Ringier received EDGE certification for the first time. This is a mark of commercial success through gender equality – and a global certification standard for assessing equal opportunities in companies. Our digital media brands also use the EqualVoice factor, which measures how often men and women appear in reporting. This supports the editorial teams and creates a way of measuring the percentage visibility of men and women in our digital media. Furthermore, Ringier was awarded the Fair-ON-Pay+ certificate in 2020 in recognition of them sustainably providing equal pay. The certificate is valid until 2024.
