The Swiss business magazine

In 2017, BILANZ switched its publication frequency, now publishing on a monthly basis. This decision has paid off: for the second time since the change, the business magazine has recorded a higher number of readers. Since the last survey by MACH Basic, the number of readers has increased from 14,000 to 186,000. The magazine’s reach in German-speaking Switzerland has therefore increased by 3.9%. More readers and BOLERO on board.

Advertising customers thus have even more reason to place their message in BILANZ, where it will reach a high-calibre, loyal readership that has grown once again. Since 2019, both readers and advertisers have again benefited from the appeal of BILANZ, as it now features BOLERO, the well-known luxury and lifestyle magazine, which is published six times a year as an insert. The two titles complement each other brilliantly when it comes to addressing a discerning readership.

Advertorials are not eligible for volume discounts, agency commission or YTP.

Design guidelines:

– Name and logo of the publication and its sections may not be used.
– The typography and layout must ensure that the reader can clearly distinguish between the advertorial and editorial content.
– The client must be clearly visible.
– The advertorial must feature the word ADVERTORIAL at the top right or top left.
– Prior to publication, we require a layout for approval by the publisher

Advertisment guidelines:

– Advertisements taking up less than 1/4 of a page are framed for layouting purposes.
– For bleed-off, trim +5 mm applies on all 4 edges.
– Text and parts which may not be trimmed must be 8 mm from the edge.
– All colours (including chromatic colours) use a 4-colour base (euroscale: cyan, magenta, yellow and black).
– Several colour advertisements can be placed on one page.

Guidelines Dynamic Pricing:

Bookings must be made dynamically for the entire period of a contract agreement; multiple changes between dynamic and classic pricing are not possible.
All bookings must be made via the web-based Marketplace of Ringier Advertising.
Unjustly granted discounts, e.g. due to cancellations, will be charged retroactively.
The provisions of the advertising rate and the General Terms and Conditions of Insertion on ringier-advertising.ch continue to apply.
